Reporting to the Nursing Community Assessment Service Steering Committee, the Director, Nursing Community Assessment Service (NCAS) is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership for the delivery of the NCAS program, bringing it into operations from the previously developed pilot stage, maturing operations, and finally transitioning NCAS to a self-sustaining program. This position is a full-time temporary two year employment contract.
The NCAS includes three assessment tools: the Computer-Based Assessment (CBA); the Simulation Lab Assessment (SLA); and the Clinical Decision Making Oral Assessment.
