On Oct. 12, 2017, CRNBC registrant Gary Dromarsky voluntarily signed an interim undertaking with multiple terms designed to protect the public during investigation. Two terms prohibited the registrant from working privately and from seeing clients in their homes. A co-worker subsequently alleged that she witnessed the registrant providing in-home private care to a client, in breach of the undertaking. As a result of the new allegation, the registrant signed an amended undertaking to convert to non-practising status on Dec. 22, 2017. The registrant's registration status is currently non-practising and he is ineligible to work as a nurse in BC.
